- The enquires/leads received for your product/service.
- The number of contacts made to organise an appointment with a prospective customer.
- The number of prospective customer meetings held.
- The number and value of quotes presented.
- The number of sales and value of the sales sold.
The program will provide in simple terms the statistics of the data provided. The statistic data is comprehensive and will show you what requires attention, this will then allow you to finetune selling and marketing programs to maximise sales opportunities.
For example: If your average quoted value is higher than the average value sold, this would indicate you are winning the smaller sales but missing out on the larger sales, the question is why, solve this issue alone will increase business revenue and boost company profits.
